Still in need of help with my DVD that I purchased, I was told that I don't need to connect to the internet every time I watch the DVD. I am very computer savvy and it looks as though someone sent me a DVD that was not finalized, because the only content saved on the DVD is a link to a Flash player which only shows the amount of chapters on the DVD. But when I click on the Chapter nothing happens, I swear the DVD is missing files! So my last post I wrote, I never got a response to my question. What would I need to do to start a trouble ticket on this DVD so I can get a fully functional DVD to use without streaming needed? Thank you.
