I haven't used that plugin in a while, but I am pretty sure it is just like any other plugin. Copy/extract the files into your 3ds max plugins folder. If it is an actual installer, just follow the instructions. If it asks what version of max you want, then check the 3DS Max 9 option. If it is not already set to the correct extraction folder, then hit the browse button and locate the correct folder. For example: I use 3ds max 2010. So I would look for the destination: C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 2010\plugins
