Awesome tutorial Richard.

 

To match the directional warp for the leaf and the stem and still be able to have it separated for texturing, you can expose the Warp Angle of one directional warp, and then when you click to expose the Warp Angle in the second directional warp, the dropdown will give you the option to link it to the one you exposed previously, you should see the name you chose for the parameter in the other directional warp.
