pay pal question

Hi guys or guy i just wan to say that i been waiting for so long for this dvd when i seen it i could not believe it. My question is i purchased live action and cg foundation dvd via download. My question is when will i be able to download it i know that pay pall takes few days to process the payment, will you guys contact me with info how to download it and do i need any program do download the file, and is the quality same as physical dvd. Thanks:D
Hi, I tried to purchase a download last night, order number 730, but it's still pending. I went over to my Paypal account and there's no such transaction recorded there. Did the system fail to contact PayPal or should I ask them to check instead?
Hi, I have a similar issue, however, my PayPal account has been debited yet my order is still pending. FYI:Order686. I have sent an email re this problem to you already, please ignore that if you see this post first.

Someone will repsond to both of these via the support email. Make sure to check your spam folder in case our emails are going there by mistake. I did do a quick check and wanted to post this on the forum so others can see it too.
Jaggedge: It looks like your card was denied by paypal for some reason. This can happen if you use an old expired card or misstyped even a single character or got the cv code wrong.
Marc.S: you were definitley hit with an e-check from paypal. PayPal holds the money until something clears and we dont get it, as soon as it is released you will automatically get download access. I copied this from the paypal website about e-checks.
What is an eCheck? 
eChecks are one type of bank payment and usually take 3-5 business days* to process. They are used when buyers have not linked a backup payment source (like a debit or credit card) to their PayPal accounts, or when a transaction is too risky to allow an instant payment.
How does an eCheck work?
The money is withdrawn from the buyer's bank within a day or two. As soon as we receive confirmation of sufficient funds from the bank, we'll deposit the money into your PayPal account. The entire process takes 3-5 business days.*
Can I cancel an eCheck?
Yes. Click Cancel at the bottom of your transaction details page. If we have not begun processing the payment, we will cancel it outright. If we have already begun processing the payment, we'll refund the money into the buyer's PayPal account.
*Note: Bank processing times vary by the buyer's country.

I wasn't aware of eCheck, but then again I have only used PayPal a few times. Appreciate the info you've provided.

Hello Riki! I have the same pending status and don't have any statistics about that order in the history on PayPal page, didn't get the receipt from PayPal either... My order number is 893. Maybe I should wait because of some transaction processes. So anyway maybe you can check it out from your side and I'll check if any problems are with my account/card.

I just did a check and all that it shows on our end is pending for paypal. Ive seen this a few times before and it meant that the transaction either failed on paypals end or its on some kind of hold. The only thing I can suggest is giving them an email and asking them what went wrong.
In the past this has happened because the credit card was denied, or the information you put on the card was wrong (even 1 single missing character can cause this).
Let us know what they say so it can help others in the future who run into this.

Download access should be immediate for almost everyone. I checked the record and it shows that the payment was received:

As soon as we receive the paypal payment, an automated process happens that unlocks the download in the Download Section of the website. You should be able to download even now!
