hi all, Hi, i purchased next generation facial rigging techniques, but what i am getting is next gen texturing techniques. i tried again when i click on Buy Next gen facial rigging i am taken to next gen texturing link only, i purchased it for 41.1 USD by my paypal account. i have not downloaded it, pleas correct it, this is my first time ordering online and i am disappointed i am getting some other thing than what i want i want next gen facial rigging upto checkout it stated as next gen facial rigging but no showing as nex gen texturing please correct it, also note i have not downloaded anything
This was handled the same day through the support ticket system. I forgot to reply to this thread, ilovevfx accidentally purchased the wrong item and I was able to fix his problem quick. Hopefully he will post here saying everything went well, he seemed very happy with the solution.
