Here is a sculpt I have been making in Zbrush for a game project I am working on called Project Wreckage. This is my first serious sculpt in Zbrush so I'm going to be taking me time with this one. Below you can see the original concept along with some reference images.

I find it pretty hard to believe this is your first serious sculpt since you seem to have quite a good skillset so far in terms of ZB's tools Smiling I think it looks great though man, looking forward seeing more updates!

Hey guys I'm having a bit of trouble with the leg. In my side reference I have the leg in a neutral pose and in the concept he has a more of a bird like leg. I plan on having an animator rigging this dude so which leg do you think will benefit me the most in the long run?

P.S. Thanks for the awesome comments. Smiling

1- For the fist time it is good, now we will talk about :

A _ sketching

B _ sculpting

C _ Painting

Sketching:

1 - The Tail try to make it goes down from the middle and the rest of it  goes over the ground  to the  end. Make it bigger and taller.

2 . Make the hands bigger than they are.

3 . The teeth make it narrow. Try to see a lot of photos.

Sculpting:

1 .  wrinkle lines  make them more actual by using stander brush with Alpha 37,38,39 with very small Dimater

2 . Very important using noise YOU did not use it.

3 . Using stander brush with alpha 30,62 for skin.

Painting:

USING  brush spotlight for texturing  insted of               .

The end ,have a good time ,,

you can chat with me at  any time .

Eye colour can be something in red, to make it look interesting according to me! But overall, the sculpt is just too good. Go on finish it. Cant wait to see the final.!

Here is a wip of the body. I have mainly been working on the midsection and arms. Please if you have any critiques on the anatomy post them!

Alright after working for hours upon hours to get the proportions right here is the result. I was mainly paying attention to overall shape of the mid section, neck and head, and legs. There are still some tweaks that need to be made but here it is.

This is looking great man. Especially for your first serious sculpt!
I have one minor thingy that keeps bugging me while I'm looking at your renders.
I get the feeling that if he's (or she, who knows) would try to rip something to shreds (with its mouth)
the teeth would pop/fall out.
If I were you, I would give those parts some more volume.
Here's some pics that I hope will make clear what I mean ^^
