The thing with the textures was, i deliberately wanted to differentiate the lower with the upper wall by having a bit larger bricks at the bottom.If it is not feeling right then i will change the size of the bricks.
In this model i tried to apply a modular approach, the ground was a late addition.I wanted to re-use as many parts as possible.So, i re-used the roof floor texture onto my ground and scaled it.I think that's what making it's texture appear large.

Looking good, but I think you have to work a bit on your textures.
Right now it seems that your wall with all the windows and the lower wall at the street has the same brick texture but have too different TD ( pixel resolution on the faces), same goes for the roof and ground . Also some of the textures at the street level making the house look kind of small. Another thing that can be worth to have in mind is how its going to be displayed, where you might need or want more or less resolution and details.
Would be nice to see wires and poly count too. :)
