Spectator crowd.

Sup guys!
Does anyone have any idea on how to make a spectator crowd?
Take the scenario a basketball court. Does anyone have an idea on how to make a spectator crowd the easiest way for udk?
I have been playing with the idea of just a picture with spectators sitting still, but think it may be a bit boring. All tips are welcome=)
You could do it in Cinematics when a player scores a point it can switch to the crowd and it performs a cheering animation and a booing animation on the opposite side of the court.
This is also just a thought but using Kismet you could swap out the Crowd depending on the situation.
These are just thoughts
