Unreal Development Kit
I'd love to know if Eat3D plans to do an Intro DVD to the full UDK, or something there of, since it's been released to the public now? Or maybe a nice Intro to game creation workflow/pipline in the UDK and then other, more specific DVD's on the specific sections, like what is out there for the Unreal Editor? I know the two are basiclly the same, but the UDK has some crazy stuff in it for acutally creating a tip to tail game from what I've read. (I have zero experience with full-on game creation so sorry if I sound redundant with this post. I've only really learned about asset creation.) I'd love to see a start to finish game creation series done in the UDK.

Yes, this is definitely something we want to do and do well. I cant give any more info now but keep an eye out!!
For sure. I would never expect to learn how to make a full game, as a single person, or by a single group of instructors and their DVD's. But an outline of the work flow in the UDK would be great to see. Something like an already modeled and textured character placed in a room or landscape, and then especially how to get those assets out into an installable package for the PC. Even if it's just a short thing, just taking out one Boss, or something that develops a small working concept of a larger picture. Nothing crazy, but something that a person could really build on in UDK. I know that probably sounds easier said then done, and you guys are probably already thinking about something like that. There is a lot of that here now I suppose, within the Unreal Editor package, but after poking around in the UDK the last few days I've come to realise that there is a ton of stuff in there that I've never seen before.
As a new comer to this package (and just the Ed) it's quite overwhelming. I should probably start with the rest of the Unreal Ed packages you offer. For Unreal Ed I only have the Next Gen Texturing DVD right now so I'll have to figure out what I should be learning next, or should have got first. When that Next Gen DVD got into the Editor I was a bit lost pretty quick because the Ed was totally new to me and I probably started with the wrong DVD series.
Thanks for what you guys do though. I've gained some great knowledge between just the two packages I currently have from here. And of all the learning sites I've bought from around the web over the last year I've been very satisfied with what I've received from here. Only one other training site has been as good and you guys seem to work pretty close with them (him). I'll keep my eye out. I still need to plunk down the money for Fountain part 2. I've had part one finished for quite some time now.

rockON!!
I d love to see a DVD focusing on the publishing the mygame.exe or even better mygameInstaller.msi
And if threre is time for making, linking menu tips and tricks it will be awsome:)
Hourences is doing a UDK training video on level design for EAT 3D. Should be good.
Does the new UDK DVD include that indoor scene with the spaceship and goes over lighting?
Check out the product page and you can see each chapter and if you click the chapter names an image will pop up showing you more information. The lighting stuff is still being worked on.

There is some real great stuff on UDK - if you look in the UDK thread in the Community News section you might find some good links to tutorials.
