small Time Of Day issue (CryEngine3)

I'm following the training DVD. Part 1 Section 10, I'm missing alot of the settings when I open time of day then what shown on the DVD. Is it because I have 3.4.0? I remember that he did say some settings were being moved to "enviroment".
