Order Tracking

Hello,
Is there a way to see a status/track of an order, I recently purchased some DVD's and while on my statement my card is charged I am not sure whether the product has been dispatched, processing, etc.
Status does say 'Completed' but I'm not sure what that means.

Hi Venus,
When the order is marked "completed" that means the transaction was sent through successfully and you should have immediate download access. If you also ordered physical DVDs that means they were mailed off either that same day, or the next business day.
Everything we ship currently is with USPS and if you live inside the USA it should be there in 2-3 business days, however if you are international it could take up to 10 business days. We also make sure to get delivery confirmation on each order, but that does nothing more than let us know when an order is delivered, and with international orders doesnt give us any delivery date, or detailed tracking information.
Another thing to consider in some countries, is their internal customs can delay it, but this we have found to be extremely rare.
In the future we plan to offer shipping options with UPS and/or Fedex because they provide detailed tracking information, but be aware that the shipping charge will be much higher with these services then USPS is.
