Transfering maps

It would be a nice time saver if in a later release you can select multiple maps to bake from hires to lowres.

Also, I have no idea if this is even feasible but... It would be awesome if you could transfer a layered PSD file from the hi res to low res. Then if you need to make alterations to your texture(s) instead of returning to the hi res to make tweaks and having to rebake everything to the low res the new PSD would conform to the low res UVs. This would allow you to do any minor edits without the need to rebake edited textures from the hi res.

Anyway, enough pipe dreams, thanks for all your hard work on xNormal Santiago, its a fantastic piece of software Smiling .

Interesting idea, but I'm afraid the xNormal PSD image importer is a bit rudimentary and it does not support multiple layers.

On the other hand we would need to alter too many things to implement it in xn3.

For xn3 we would need to change too many things probably ( because the mesh import system does not allow face clusters/MultiSubObj mats). But ,yep, that's a thing we want to implement in xn4 for sure.

What I was thinking of is some kind of batch operation for the bake base texture function, so all it does is bake each texture map in turn (all use the same UVs).
