Mesh scale problem
I centered those in max origin and all was fine, but xnormal gave me bad normalmap and in max looks odd.

ResetXForm + Edit Mesh + Collapse before exporting 
Also, you must measure your ray distances well or to create a cage.

Check that the global default mesh scale is the same in the Low and High definition mesh slots and that the Mesh Scales are the same under each meshes slot.
Also, if you are using one mesh that has been saved by xNormal as .sbm (after making a cage etc.) and one that you exported, the mesh scales will change, so make sure that you only use one or the other.
