Looking for the Cavity maps pdf file for ZBrush. Anyone have it?

looking all over my computer trying to locate it. no luck on my end 
Its in the ZBrushto3dsmax8 pdf for VFB with Displaced Rendering. Its in the very bottom of the tutorial... its called: Cavity Maps and the Diffuse Channel. were you see darker shadow in the rendered version of the deep in the cavities of the recessed areas.
Its in the page 33 of the ZMapper documentation were i am trying to find :/
Ahh. im not sure if you are going to have much luck finding that on the internet.
Zmapper is no longer a part of Zbrush as they integrated all the features into 3.5 anything 3.1 on my pc either :S
I did find a .pdf online but its not in English...maybe that would help some?
