Help With Modeling ?

Hey Guys im on eat3d for some time now.

But i have a question, i am a beginner more like noob with 3dsMax of Maya it don't mind (i prefer 3dsMax)

i realy don't now anything about modeling or even how to start is there somebody who can give me tips where i can start or wich dvd is for beginners.

The best DVDs for modelling are the ones below Smiling

If you want to learn about Max in general though, the Max 101 would be the best bet
