This training DVD of "Live Action & CG 3 - A Comprehensive Guide to Compositing", is exactly what I've been looking for! It shows the process from start to finish brilliantly - from location, HDRI creation, tracking with SynthEyes, adding the 'Harvester' to a Maya scene, final rendering and compositing etc.

I'm interested in the fact you used SynthEyes - I'm aware that Matchmover
comes with Maya and Composite together so I'm very interested to know why
you preferred to use SynthEye for camera tracking?

Regards,
Gozzyman

SynthEyes is a very robust and trusted tracker, so its hard not to use it Eye-wink

All the assets are specific to Maya, unfortunately.

For the 'Rolling Shutter'

Suggested Setting:-

Canon 5D MK2: 0.56
Canon 7D:  0.62
Red One:  0.32

What's about Canon T2i/550D?
