It installs into a different folder so you should be ok to uninstall the old version

Be careful which one you downlaod though as a lot of the mirrors still point to the 2009 december one, just keep clicking through them till you get a 2010 in the filename, GamersHell definately has the latest one though

I was looking to see if Riki had posted this in the news section. The ScaleformFX tools look soo sick for us flash developers. And 64-bit support FTW!
Hey guys iv a quick question, iv got UT3 and GOW for the pc. Both come with editors. Is this the same thing as the UDK? also seeing as i have both games is it possible to download the UDK from the website but still use the asset packs from each game? can GOW and UT3 assets be used in the same scene?
