Tiled pillar WIP
Hey all,
I though i would post another of my WIP's for your collective perusal...
This is still WIP (with lots of work to be done yet, i might add
) and is currently weighing in at just over 15.3 million tris...
All of the SubD was modelled in Blender and the tile sculpting was done in Zbrush using some Alphas that i knocked up and yes....Blender is chugging 
I really want some inspiration for the sign part as its just a place holder currently...i was thinking of maybe a neon something or other because it would contrast really well...and it could be a great excuse to use some of those super groovy emissive maps again XD
Any ideas?
Any comments and crits. would be great

I gotta agree with you about the cloth...it has been bugging me for a while because it doesn't look right and i didn't even notice there was no AO...lol
Time to go and do some more cloth tests 
this is looking great Andy. Maybe some type of Neon exit sign or something like that. I love how you cracked up the tile. job well done

The wire would be a little crazy as this is over 15 million polys 
Unfortunately, i have not really had chance to work on this since i last posted as time is fleeting, but i shall try to get something sorted over the next few days to post

Very nice render. The only thing I would suggest is the cloth looks thrown on top without any nice AO underneath it. Perhpas you need to turn 2 sided on the material or give it a shell modifier?
