No I built it with a flash builder/hosting site. (You have to get your domain from a 3rd party though. Eg. Godaddy.com)
It cost 99 dollars a year to host your site there, but for all the awesome editing tools, I personally think its worth it.

Yeah my site is up and mostly done. There are things I need to edit and change. But for the most part its done ^_^
