bulldozer
Hi, everyone.
This work was done last spring. I learned a lot doing this piece.
it's kind of embarrassing to see the old stuff.
Any kind of advice will be appreciated! Thank you:)

eat3d very best of the!!!
Awesome work man! I don't know if you have a job in the industry yet but you should get one.
Cool, How much time did you take for modelling this ?
The modeling is great, a solid mix of small scale details with medium and large shapes; super strong.
My main issue is the texture. As it stands, it's very noisy and difficult to read. It seems like it's almost diffuse-only because the material isn't being further defined by the spec. Metal, even painted metal, lives and dies on how light reacts and interacts with it, so nailing specular is important. One thing that immediately detracts is the value of the diffuse map being so bright. Personally, I'd tone that down or give it actual color, so you can create contrast in color as well as form.
As an exercise, I recommend looking at it with just normals, AO and maybe a curvature map to help bring out your edges. Stare at it for a day or two, and really try to think about how you'd texture it with good localization and (in my opinon), color. When you have a good mix of shapes in your texture, AND enough eye rest, you'll really start to see something that feels alive and put together.
great work
Awesome!
Looks great! Promoted!
Loving that base!
The model looks great too, texture is too noisy for my tastes, but still good achievement, congrats!
Sorry if I'm wrong, but is there a coincidence with "The Dozen" Eat3D tutorial ? Or did You used it and just forgot to mention about ? Just asking..
I'm sorry. <The Dozer-Part 1 -> was studied in. is always a great mentor to me eat3d.
Working period of time for each hour of the day took a little longer a littlehayeoseo. Thank the people who ran children. Well as her clients weretrying to make it real is ahswiwot.
I think we already knew it was based off of the Dozer DVD. Now that your done with this, put it in the closet and start on something new by yourself without a tutorial. Use your experience and create something new.
love it, how are you creating the ground image? could you direct me to where I may learn how to do that.
