If you want to learn ZBrush then I would really recommend our "Comprehensive Introduction" series of DVDs, starting with the 3.5 and then moving on to the 4 and 4R2R3 tutorials. All of Michael Pavlovich's tutorials are excellent and he explains stuff really well.

The go through all the basics such as the interface and using the brushes etc., along with more advanced stuff as the tutorial progresses.

The character based tutorials are also packed with loads of information (even for non character artists), so you might want to give them a look at as well.
