Do you allow DVDs to be used in a Schools Library for students or Game Studios for Employees to checkout?

The Library version allows the institution to lend the DVDs to the faculty, staff, students and other authorized users affiliated with the institution for use on and off institutional premises. Authorized users, however, may not copy the DVDs or lend them to unauthorized users.

If Educational Institutions or any other Studios would like to purchase a copy for Library Use, please purchase the Library version of the DVDs for $195 each. We also have many options from streaming on your intranet, to discounts on bulk purchases, please contact us using the support form for more info on streaming or if you have any questions about the Library Versions.

What is the difference between the DVD version and the Download version?

The DVD version has higher quality video and audio.
The filesize of the DVD version is also much bigger.
Both versions have a resolution of either 1280x720 or 1024x768.

What is your Return/Refund Policy?

Return Policy. We do not accept returns except if the product was delivered to you damaged or not working.

Refund Policy. All sales are final and non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy. We do not allow order cancellation unless the product has both not been downloaded and not been shipped.

Do you offer a discount for students?

We are now offering 20% off for qualified student and faculty.

To get the discount please create a Support Ticket and supply us with a Student/Faculty ID that Proves you are a student or part of the faculty. This includes High Schools!

Do you require personal information when purchasing?

Eat 3D may need your address for shipping reasons and or billing to process your payment. Also a valid email address is needed for sending shipping purchase, and download information. Credit Card information is not stored on our servers, it is processed using either Authorize.net or PayPal.com.

Ive paid for the download, but why cant I download the files yet?

The main cause for this is PayPal will treat some payments as an e-check. An e-check takes 3-4 days to clear and its completely up to PayPal what is and isn't an e-check. You can read more about them HERE.

Since PayPal hasn't given us the money yet, the automated system which gives you download access cannot be started. Once the e-check clears you will immediately gain download right and/or your shipment will be shipped.

You may notice when paying that PayPal will state that you are about to pay with an e-check, take note of this and what it means. If you are unsure, check your PayPal receipt and it should say if its an e-check or not.
