He shows the techniques needed to efficiently create multiple cloth alphas using a range of 2.5d tools within ZBrush, which can then be used as a solid base for sculpting or to compliment existing geometry.

Pixologic have released 6 brand detailed overview videos on some of the new features that are included in the recently released ZBrush 4 R2b release.
The videos cover the Basics of FiberMesh, Morph Target Guided with FiberMesh, Basics of MicroMesh, Fibers with MicroMesh ,FiberMesh Tree Part 1 and FiberMesh Tree Part 2!
The 3DS Max plugin FiberMesh to Splines will convert the exported FiberMesh from ZBrush to splines. The splines can be used to create and render 3DS Max hair either with 3DS Max default hair modifier or using a hair plugin that has a recomb from splines option.
