A full review of PHOTOSCULPT TEXTURES is now available here. It's a great article from Ed Ricketts, ex editor from the magazine 3D World.

http://www.photosculpt.net/blog/2010/7/10/read-now-the-full-article-from...

Some great quotes from him:

"[...] In a minute or two, you have a model plus all the relevant textures - diffuse, specular, normal and so on - automatically derived from the photos. The process is interactive, so you can examine the model being developed in real time, and stop it at any point if you feel it's of sufficient quality. By Default, PhotoSculpt Textures generagtes a mesh of the same resolution as the source images, which means superb detail[...]and in a stroke of programming genius, make the whole thing instantly tileable with one click. [...]Very simple to use. Generates extremely high-res meshes. Instantly tileable textures. [...] fast and incredibly simple [...]"

Hi Metalliandy,

thanks for sharing this info about my Software. I'm new to the eat3d community, my name is Hippolyte Mounier, developer of the software. Do you have any questions about it ? Expectations? I can help answer all this.

Do you wish to use it more for sculpting or more for textures?

best,
