New ZBrush 4 Video Short
Pixolator has posted another short movie hinting at some new features in the forthcoming ZBrush 4 on ZBrushCentral.
The new features in Z4 will dramatically impact all phases of the art creation process. These features will help you from the concept stage to the final stage as well as while creating a compelling presentation. They may also be used in conjunction with a 2D image, such as a ZBrush-render or an imported image. Here is an example in which I have created a movie from a single image. The image was created by PSTCHOART (See his thread in here.)

That is kind of cool. Not something I think I would use. Its almost like they tried to create a way to animate muscle, but made it look like his skin had major spasms.
Same with that 3d animation of the monster lifting weights. Wasn't too impressed with that. Looked like his skin and muscle was sagging silly puddy. lol
