I own Daz Studio 3 Advanced but never upgraded to version 4 after trying out the free version of Daz Studio 4 and really disliking the interface. However I've taken advantage of this great offer and will hopefully get accustomed to the interface in time or find a way of making it more like the old one. One big advantage of this version over the vanilla one is that it is 64bit too.
I think a big reason for the giveaway is that a lot of people like myself are sticking to the older version due to the clunky, babyish interface.
Photoshop Bridge and FBX export are also included in this release so that may make the learning curve worth it for people.

yeh I'll read the EULA for a while now. Last time they had some offer of DAZ studio for free it had some fishy limitations for commercial use in the EULA. However that was NOT the Pro Version. So this time the free offer might be for real... we'll see.

AFAIK, It's exactly the same as the regular version
I'm sure it will state in the EULA if there are restrictions.
